6th of Marh QVMAG

What a fantastic day, people came back for more - yes, some of the fantastic people that were at the QVMAG last month for the community creation of Pleiades came back for more and brought friends. Once again it has been just inspiring to be surrounded by inspirational people wanting to be part of this community art work. The other beautiful thing today was not just repeat offenders but also families, dads bringing their children along to be part of this work, and this particular dad spending the time to help his children with their sphere.

The other wonderful thing that happened today was a donation of some raw/greasy Lincoln fleece. This was felted over the cores that we have been using and the result was a brilliant texture with the different parts of the staple felting to create different textures.

Some of the felters today have been so enthused and inspired that they have taken home some fleece and cores to create more at home and bring back to the collection.

We made an amazing 94 spheres today - WOW

Here are the comments and posts from the people that were there today....
(Plus there were 7 people that came back from last month and Koyuki, a lovely Japanese student that has been staying with us for the last two weeks. These people have already commented or have yet to.) 16 people worked on Pleiades today. Thank you all very much for you contribution.

To be happy & live each day as my last!
What a beautiful & creative idea to be part of as a Community. A fantastic way to meet new people with creative streaks, too.

On hearing of this Pleiadian project (Seven Sisters) I wanted to be part of the star energy that it evoked for me. The joy and peace that is inherent in sharing with likeminded beings nurtures me.
